I. Reading:

Comprehension of an unseen Prose passage. Questions to be set not on factual or information items but on global comprehension, implication, reference, relationship between ideas, organisation of the passage.

II. Writing:

1. Writing about People-action-events

FOR CLASS - X

III. Reading:

IV. Writing:

Filling-in of forms, Expressing opinions, Arguing for and against, Reporting of past events, ongoing activities and future plan facts. Business letters (making enquires, complaints: answering advertisements, writing application, letters, essay).
